What you'll need to get started in lessons!
We require all riders, youth and adult, to wear riding-approved and properly fitted helmets. Bike helmets are not allowed. Helmets are provided if you do not have one.
Breeches, leggings or jeans with no pocket bling.
Shirts should be tucked in and baggy sweatshirts/jackets should be avoided.
Riding-appropriate boots that cover the ankle and have a 1" heel. No fashion boots. We have a small selection of boots for riders to borrow.
Gloves are optional.
A lot of riders prefer to have their own grooming kit. This should include a hoof pick, soft brush, hard brush and a curry comb.
As you or your child become more advanced and maybe even starts to show, more level-appropriate equipment will be needed. Your instructor will go over these needs with you when the time is right.
